Antique flour mill that has been reconverted into a museum that houses a permanent exhibition about the history, evolution and types of mills in the Balearic Islands. This is one of the five mills that remain in the picturesque district of Santa Catalina. A great opportunity to learn about the past and present of these constructions that characterise the islands and find interesting information about their functionality (grind grain, pump water, ...), energy systems (wind, water, ...) and features.
