A magical spot in Andratx's coastline with magnificent views of Sa Dragonera island and where lie the ruins of Trapenc Monastery. Around 1810, a group of 40 French monks arrived here escaping from the French Revolution and built the monastery. They were Cistercian Order monks, carried out a strict observance of poverty, chastity and silence votes and were strict vegetarians who devoted their life to pray. They divided the terrain into different terraces where they planted cereals, legumes, vegetables and fruit trees. To access this place you'll have to walk around one hour from Sant Elm through Tomeuí road.
