Simon´s Mill is an ancient flour mill from the beginning of the 20 Century. Build with two different bodies, usual in Ibiza and Formentera, in the ground floor is where the machinery to grind used to be. Nowadays it hosts workshops, exhibitions and many other cultural activities. In the corner between Carrer de l´estrella and carrer Sant Rafel.
