Can Dani Restaurant


A very short history in Formentera, but with a big impact. Opened its doors in 2011, in 2014 won the only Michelin Star we have until the moment in Formentera and Ibiza. Product, ration and care it´s whats led them here. So they base their own proposal, "root kitchen". Build on quality of fresh and local products and defending a good ration to serve a traditional cook but updated with the nuances of our days and true to the experiences of one only place : Formentera.
