The Centre of Art and Creation Ses Voltes is a project of Palma's City Council that aims to promote the professionalisation, networking and art-works of the island's artists. It has different art scholarships and workshops in order to create a cultural space where artists can meet and gain knowledge. The centre is also used for organising different activities, like art exhibitions, conferences and film projections. It's location couldn't be better, right under Mallorca's Cathedral, facing the sea and surrounded by the city's medieval walls.
