Serving up primarily fish dishes, the restaurant offers classic recipes such as the Tagliolini all'astice nazionale (lobster tagliolini) or Tartare di Branzino con verdure croccanti (sea bass tartare with crunchy vegetables). Part of the appeal is that you can watch the chefs preparing your food and in the summer, lovers of raw fish can try its tuna carpaccio and salmon tartare on its main terrace.
