“Amics de la Terra” the ibizan ecological organization is organizing this yummy workshop.

Would you like to take part of a different workshop? It´ll be done in a wood oven, the place will be in Santa Agnès “Corona” and it´s only for 15 people.
The wheat we´ll be using is called ” xeixa” an ancient ibizan variety that´s now being recovered.
Knead and cultivate the bread in a wood oven, with baker wooden tools all in one workshop.
